My story so far...
I owned and operated my own business (Left Brain Solutions) for 15+ years, specialising in web design & development, graphic design, motion graphics and video production. With a diverse client base, I met with clients, conceptualised their requirements and made sure the solution met expectations from end to end. I had success with the many challenges this presented.
In mid 2018 following an offer to pursue a career as Software Development Manager of a start-up Software development company, I decided to sell my business. Beginning on a part time basis from May 2018, I began working full time from 1 July 2018 at Halcyon Data Systems part of a larger umbrella of companies called Delta6. In late August 2018 I was offered the position of General Manager of the Company. However due to financial issues and subsequent downsizing of Delta6 my position at the company was made redundant...on the same day I interviewed and later commenced employment with 3 Degrees North.
Under 3 Degrees North, I managed a portfolio of large scale web projects in the Government and large associations sector as a Digital Producer and Project Manager. I have since taken on the Digital Producer role at The New Daily, an online News outlet, where I am currently working out a rebuild of their existing website and documenting and streamlining internal processes.
My strengths include the ability to manage clients, projects and contractors to get results, I am a highly skilled problem solver and pride myself on quality design, user experience and customer satisfaction. My approach is honest, hardworking and direct, with a focus on developing and empowering others to achieve business objectives.

- Manage all the site’s redevelopment with a developer, including Motion and Solstice sites
- HTML coding of emails when required
- Build analytic dashboards for commercial and editorial.
- Work with the team on the implementation of digital objectives across all digital platforms;
- Test and troubleshoot web functionalities and implement practical solutions;
- Clear, concise communication with line managers;
- Have an understanding of SEO and experience creating SEO focused landing pages;

- Facilitated hosting Migration to new provider, negotiating cost savings of approx. $4000USD p/month.
- Lead the development of concepts and solutions for the website rebuild
Introduced password management to replace outdated systems - Business Analysis and scope preparation for the Website rebuild
- Introduction of documentation in confluence for project scope and BAU processes.
- Managed 2 Development teams while collaborating with Design and Commercial teams.
